Whitlam Low VOC Purple Primer is a low VOC solvent cement primer for use on all PVC,ABS and CPVC pipe and fittings.Low VOC purple Primer is formulated with a blend of powerful solvents which makes it a fast acting primer that removes any glave often found on plastic pipe and fittings and softens the plastic so that it will accept the appropriate plastic solvent cement much more readily.
